Please take time to go through these terms as by being a DesignThat customer requesting designs or other types of services we offer you agree to be bound by these terms of access and use in addition to our general terms and to the collection and use of your information as set out in the DesignThat Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, members, contributors and others who access the service (“Users”).
- When receiving an email, its content (including, but not limited to, logos, images, photos, designs, graphics and text) is the property of DesignThat and such are protected by South African and international and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or copying of the products, content or files may result in legal action.
- The logos included in our designs are properties of their respective brands and have been legally obtained by us, any unauthorized use is strictly forbidden and may lead to persecution.
- Once content has been received, please make sure to check your designs for any errors or missing content within 12 hours as corrections outside the window period will not be accepted.
- According to your contract/payment basis with us, you are advised to settle any amount (if agreed upon initially) within 36 hours from receipt. Failure to do so having used our content will lead to legal action.
- All designs you receive will be subject to our Design Terms and protected South African and international intellectual property laws.
Confidentiality
The content of all emails received is confidential and intended for the recipient specified in the message only. It is strictly forbidden to share any part of this message with any third party, without the written consent of DesignThat. If you received an email by mistake, please forward the email to [email protected] and follow with its deletion, so that we can ensure such a mistake does not occur in the future.
Security
DesignThat puts the security of our clients at a high priority. Therefore, we have put effort into ensuring that emails are error and virus-free. Unfortunately, full security of the email cannot be ensured as, despite our efforts, the data included in emails could be infected, intercepted, or corrupted. Therefore, the recipient should check the email for threats with proper software, as we do not accept liability for any damage inflicted by viewing the content of this email.
