Design Request Terms

Please take time to go through these terms as by using this service you agree to be bound by these terms of use and service in addition to our general terms and to the collection and use of your information as set out in the DesignThat Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, members, contributors and others who access the service (“Users”).

1. When submitting a request Users will be required to verify the request to legitimize the request being submitted.
2. Submitting a request does not mean confirmation of service being offered but rather confirmation of receipt of the request.
3. DesignThat will notify the User of any charges that will be incurred by the user if any charges are to be brought forward due to the nature of the service being requested.
4. All requests are to be bound by the aforementioned policies. “Reiteration”
5. Users will be required to pay any outstanding fees owed to DesignThat before the commencement of any new service unless a plan is set in place for the user to pay for the service being offered.

All designs that a user will receive from DesignThat will be subject to our Design Terms and protected South African and international intellectual property laws.
